Game On Diet
Today I am working on getting ready to start the Game On Diet with my fellow book bloggers. We have teams and will be competing for awesome prizes. You can buy the Game On Diet book and start your own game. I will be having a side game with my husband and daughter here at home. I will be logging our progress weekly. The basic idea is to compete while not really dieting just training more healthy food habits into your life. This also includes 20 minutes of activity a day and getting rid of a bad habit, replacing it with a better one rather. My bad habit to get rid of is mindless internet browsing, I will be replacing it with posting my reviews in a timely manner. I think the hardest parts for me will be remembering to fill out the score card, and the 7 hours of sleep a night! Who sleeps 7 hours?
