A book everyone should own: Hope for Paws
5 out of 5 stars
I have had “Our Lives Have Gone to the Dogs” for a while here at home. I keep it as a coffee table book that people can enjoy when they come over to the house. My daughter likes to sit and go through it with her friends, talking about all the adorable dogs in the book, and they are inspired to rescue some animals themselves now.
Hope For Paws is one of the most amazing dog rescues I have read about. They do so many amazing things like chasing pups around, and going to the shelter to take home the pups who are running out of time. Any picture book lover is going to be amazed and happy with their purchase. These are photos of all the dogs Eldad Hagar and his wife have rescued over the years.
Any purchase of this book helps keep another animal alive. I hope some of you awesome book bloggers out there pick up a copy and repost about this amazing tale of survival. We can make a difference in how animals are treated. Maybe we all can’t rescue all the animals in the world, but the power of blogging and the internet is not to be ignored when it comes to projects like this.

I’ll certainly look for this book when I stop by my bookstore on Tuesday to pick up something I’m already waiting for. What a great thing these people are doing. Thanks for telling us about it.

Hey Cat,
Thanks, I am not sure you will find it at a store, I think the Hope For Paws website and Amazon are the only people so far who carry it but maybe you asking at your store will start a trend.
Thanks so much my fiance built this theme for me a while back and he is a sucker for details, I think he is going to update the look and feel of the site this weekend and add user ratings for the books. My opinion of course is not the only one that matters :p

This sounds like a great book! One of my dogs is rescue, so I have a soft spot for rescues and their dogs. Thanks for posting about the book.

hey,
I’d strongly recommend you read FADE (by Lisa McMann)-
It’s about a girl named Janie, who can slip into the dreams
of those people who surround her.
While reading swearwords every now & then is okay, the
book has almost “too” much to bear, but don’t let it
hinder you from reading it. – It’s one of my most beloved,
favourite books. I also read it’s sequel WAKE and next year
the final installment of this exquisite trilogy: GONE will
be published! Grab this book… & enjoy, I’m sure you’ll
like it, just like I did *g*.
